Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN

ELIGIBILITY: This sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States 18 years of age and older (excluding Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands) (the “Eligibility Area”). Employees and their immediate families, including household members of Twirlia (“Sponsor”), and their affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions,advertising and promotion agencies (the “Sweepstakes Entities”) are not eligible.
HOW TO ENTER: This Sweepstakes begins on or about 10/25/2009, 11:59 PM PDT and ends 7/15/2010 11:59 PM PDT (the “Entry Period”). You can enter this Sweepstakes by completing a sweepstakes entry form at http://www.twirlia.com/promotions. Fill out all required fields denoted on the entry form and click “Submit” at any time during the Entry Period. Entries may be made up to a maximum of one entry per day, regardless of the method of entry. To enter offline, print your name, complete address, and daytime phone number on a 3” X 5” card with the words “Win A Free Website Sweepstakes” and mail to: “Win A Free Website” Sweepstakes / 15955 N Dial Blvd - Ste 1B / Scottsdale, AZ 85260. All entries must be received by 7/15/2010, 11:59 PM PDT, when the sweepstakes ends. Limit one entry per envelope. Neither mechanically-reproduced entries nor mass-reproduced entries of any kind will be accepted. Sponsor is not responsible for any failure to receive entries owing to lost, late, incomplete, torn, altered or misdirected entries, faulty machinery or other mechanical error. Entries that do not comply with these Official Rules in all respects are ineligible and void.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: You or your legal guardian must be the Registered and Authorized Holder of the E-mail Account through which the entry is made. For purposes of this sweepstakes, a “Registered and Authorized Holder of the E-mail Account” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an E-mail address by an Internet service provider, online service provider or entity (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the secondary level domain name associated with the submitted e-mail address. Entries must be made by an individual and may not be made from a single computer and may not be made by proxy or electronic means such as script, bot, macro, or any other similar software or program. Entrants’ e-mails are collected for the sole purpose of this sweepstakes. Sponsor will not sell, distribute or maintain entrants’ e-mail and shall delete all said e-mail upon the full conclusion of the contest. By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements. Neither Sweepstakes Entities nor any telephone network or service providers are responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to accept any Web site or online service, or any other error or malfunction, or late, lost, misdirected or illegible entries. Winners will be required to sign an affidavit of compliance with these rules and a prize and liability release.
PRIZES: ONE (1) Grand Prize:  A Twirlia website valued at $3,000 and standard business hosting for 5 years (60 months).  Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”):  $4,620.00. No prize substation or assignment or transfer of prizes is permitted.  In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded.
ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning a listed prize depend upon the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
DRAWING: Prize winner(s) will be selected within thirty days after the end of the Entry Period at random, whose decisions are final with respect to all aspects of the sweepstakes.
NOTIFICATION: Winners will be notified by email and mail within 10 days after the Drawing and, as a condition to receiving the prize, must properly execute and return Affidavit of Eligibility / Compliance and Liability/ Publicity Release (except where prohibited) within (14) days of the date of notification, or prize will be forfeited.
